Noreen's obituary

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Noreen Phillips, who left us peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on September 5, 2023. Born on October 7, 1949, Noreen embraced life with warmth and love for 73 years.

Noreen will be forever remembered by her beloved husband, Wayne. Throughout their life together, their bond was an inspiring example of genuine companionship, which is now carried on through their shared memories.

Noreen leaves behind her husband/love of her life, Wayne, her daughter, Michelle, her son, Lee, her grandchildren, Ashley, Kyle, Spencer and Breanne and her great grandchildren, Aliya and Alisia. She leaves behind her nieces, Summer, Kristy, Danielle, Rai, Tammy & Dawn Marie and her nephews Daniel, Robert & Ryan, as well as many great nieces and nephews.

Noreen also leaves behind her sister Patty and brother-in-law, Danny and her sister Jackie and brother-in-law, Bruce, as well as her sister-in-law, Dawna.

Those who knew Noreen will recollect her warmth, compassion for all those around her, and the generous spirit that defined her. She showered those around her with love, offering her shoulder to lean on in times of trouble, and her smile to share in times of joy.

A Celebration of Life for Noreen will be held on October 7,  2023, at the Cameron Park Community Services District, starting at 1:00 PM. It will be a time for friends and family to come together, to share fond memories, to grieve, and to celebrate the rich tapestry of experiences that Noreen leaves behind.

As we navigate this period of loss, let us remember how Noreen lived, how she loved, and how she impacted our lives. She leaves a gap that cannot be filled, but her legacy will inspire us to continue in warmth and love as she always did.
