Noreen "Rusty" Lytikainen, of Odenton, Maryland, passed away on August 07, 2024 at the age of 77.
Rusty was the daughter of the late Leo and Ada Katz. After graduating from Montgomery Blair High School in Silver Spring, Rusty dedicated her life to raising her three sons and later attended the University of Maryland School of Nursing. She was a Registered Nurse at Washington Adventist Hospital and Montgomery General Hospital. Rusty's first marriage was to …
