Nikki's obituary
Nikki Kay Cavin-Grace, age 78, passed away on January 31, 2024, in Cottonwood Heights, UT. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Nikki was a published author, a master esthetician, and a certified yogi of Ananda Yoga. She was also a successful commercial mortgage broker. Nikki retired in 2014 to focus on her passion for reading and writing.
Nikki was a brilliant, strong, and loving woman. She was known for her intelligence, stoicism, and beauty. She was a hero and warrior to her husband, children, sisters, parents, and friends. Nikki was a leader and counselor to many who knew and loved her. She enjoyed outdoor activities such as horseback riding, skiing, hiking, and camping. Nikki also loved hosting dinner parties with family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all.
Nikki is survived by her husband, Tim Grace; daughter, Diane Dauven; granddaughters, Kendal and Lauren; and great grandson Grayson. She was preceded in death by her son, Tristan C. MacLennan aka John J. Dauven III; father, Dewey L. Cavin; and mother, Diane K. (Lennan) Cavin.
Nikki attended Jerome High School and later pursued higher education at Westminster University.
