Nicole's obituary
Nicole R. Stevens, 38, of Medford, OR, passed away peacefully on August 9, 2025, surrounded by the ones who loved her most.
Born May 19, 1987, in Mesa, AZ, to Eliana Jimenez and James Stevens, Nicole lived a life centered around love, compassion, and family. She spent many years working as a paralegal assistant, but her true calling was helping others. She devoted countless hours volunteering for domestic violence programs and community causes, always striving to make the world a kinder place.
Nicole’s heart was as generous as her smile. She loved deeply and unconditionally, and her presence had a way of bringing comfort to everyone around her. She had a playful spirit, a warm—sometimes dark—sense of humor, and a strength that inspired all who knew her.
Nicole was a devoted daughter, a proud mother, and a loving grandmother. She cherished her children and was overjoyed to welcome her first grandchild, Maison, into the world. She poured her love into every moment spent with family, whether it was a simple conversation, a family meal, or celebrating milestones. Her love will continue to live on in the hearts of her children, her grandchild, and all those blessed to know her.
Nicole is survived by her parents, Frank and Eliana Jimenez; her children, Conner Bier (and daughter-in-law Makenzie Bier) and Ryder Poff; her grandchild, Maison Bier; her sisters, Valerie Piro and Denise Beattie; and her brothers, Brian and Tony Jimenez. She is preceded in death by loved ones who she now joins in eternal peace.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 24th, 2025, at 2:00 PM at West Main Church of Christ. The family invites friends and loved ones to bring a favorite dish to share for the potluck.
“For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways” (Psalm 91:11). “See, I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared” (Exodus 23:20).
Nicole will be remembered for her kindness, her laughter, her unwavering strength, and the love she gave so freely. Though she is gone from our sight, she will remain forever in our hearts.
