Nicole Lynn Schoening, 51, passed away suddenly on June 21, 2024.
Born on August 22, 1972, in Omaha, Nebraska, Nicole was the third daughter of Lynn and Judy Schoening. Her childhood was filled with outdoor adventures with neighbors and summer days at the Keystone Pool. At the age of three, her family moved from Omaha to Waterloo, where her love for animals blossomed. She adored the barn cats and kittens, dogs, and especially her horses. …
