Happy 27th birthday Nicki! Th…
Happy 27th birthday Nicki! Thinking of you always - but especially today. Birthdays were always a big deal in the Cartier household - picking a theme, crafting a menu, and adding special touches to really make the day special. Nicki was an amazing chef and baker. I remember the countless hours in the kitchen as her sous-chef, gathering ingredients, tools, and of course giving the items a taste for some quality control. I’d imagine Nicki would have started her day today with a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew from Starbucks, and we would end it with a delicious treat - either a new recipe she recently saved from a tik tok video or a classic slice of birthday cake. October 9 will never be the same. I love you Nicki!
