Nicholas "Nick" Licari, born on the 22nd of December, 1947, sadly passed away on the 17th of May, 2025. Known affectionately by his friends and family as Nick, he will be fondly remembered for his vibrant spirit, strong character, and loving heart.

A cherished husband and father, he is survived by his wife, Angela Licari, and children, Wade Licari, Chadd Licari, Jesse Licari, Nicole Licari Umo, and Gabriella Argote. His passing leaves a profound vacuum, stirring a profound sense of loss among his loved ones. Yet, his enduring legacy of love, resilience, and tenacity will continue to inspire and guide those fortunate to have known him.

While we mourn the physical absence of Nick, we take solace in the enduring memories he has left behind. His love for life, his tireless spirit, and his incessant sense of humor even in adversity, are qualities that will forever echo in the hearts of those who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held in honor of Nick on May 21, 2025, at 11AM. The event will take place at Cremations Of Greater Tampa Bay, offering a space for all who knew and loved him to come together and remember his wonderful life. Instead of dwelling on the sorrow of his passing, we choose to celebrate his life and the joy he brought to us all.

As we pay tribute to Nick, we remember not just the end of his life, but honor the incredible journey that was his life. We invite all who were touched by Nick's love to join us in celebrating his spirit. His was a life well-lived, and his memory will continue to inspire us all.
