Nicolas, known as "Nic," is survived by his father, Duane Shayko of Parma, Ohio; his brothers, Andrew (Kelsea) Shayko and Greg (Erin) Shayko; his nephew, Holden Shayko; and his grandfather, Richard Yates.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Kimberly Shayko.
Nic was born on May 2, 1985 in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. He graduated from James Ford Rhodes in 2002 and went on to attend Rochester Institute of Technology where he earned his bachelor's …
