For years, Nhan came to my acupuncture clinic for treatment and always bringing food. She was always in inspiration. Nhan lover her family very much and always shared with me how proud she was of each and every one of them. She was very special. I will miss Nhan very much.

I'll never forget the time that I got to meet Nhan in her home. Dao brought me over to the house with some other colleagues after a night of meetings and a long business dinner. We showed up at the house at 10pm! Like a bunch of kids (rascals more like it) that just got done playing in the streets all day long.

Dao walks in and says, "HI MOM & DAD...These are my friends. We came by to say Hi!" (Remember...it's 10pm on a Thursday)

Nhan got up from quietly relaxing in her living room, watching TV and went into Hostess Mode. 20 minutes later the table was filled with food and drinks and everyone was laughing and enjoying themselves and telling stories with Pops All of us were having a good time, drinking and eating beef jerky (wondering how we could get more of this wonderful recipe!). It felt like I had known her for years.

We didn't wrap up until 230am. Needless to say, the meetings the following day weren't that productive. 😜

I remember going through airport security with a bag of spring rolls and a bag of beef jerky and the TSA agent said..."These must be really good if you're flying them back to Las Vegas!"

What a wonderful wonderful woman who created such a wonderful loving family.

In Puerto Rico we call these women "Titi", which means Auntie. Nhan was "Titi" for many.
