On Monday, April 7, 2021, Ngoc Hoang, loving wife and mother passed away at the age of 64 from a hemorrhagic stroke.
Ngoc was born on March 26, 1957 in Thua Thien Hue, Vietnam to Hoang Trong Tri and Hong Nghe Thi Nguyen. Ngoc studied at the university for several years in Vietnam, and she practiced English education for 26 years. On April 8, 2008, she married Du Do. She then moved to Burbank, CA …
