Ngeth Pheng, age 89, of Stockton, died November 14, 2017 at the Dameron General Hospital in Stockton, California, after a long battle of kidney failure. She was born May 9, 1928, in the city of Phnom Penh and immigrated to the United States in 1958 along with her 5 children and beloved husband, Huon Veth.

She is survived by two sons and three daughters: Sopaul, Nuon, Saroeun, Rum, and Ry.

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 17 at 3:00 PM at the De Young Memorial Chapel, 601 N. California St. Stockton, CA 95202.
