Neil worked with my husband for years and took a liking to our youngest son, calling him Sir William and taking “orders” from him when he visited the job site. He was willing and had a huge heart. I will forever be grateful for the time he spent with William while in this earth; they are now spending time and I’m sure laughing in Heaven. Our prayers are with his family.
