Neil Arthur London was born 1938 in Manchester, Connecticut to Lesnid and Lila Dumphy London. He was the youngest of five, with his oldest sister, Audrey, born 19 years before him. His siblings included sister Audrey Grundt, Joyce Fraunfelder, Allen Lemuel “Bud” London, and sister Carole Ernestine London. He is preceded in death by all except his beloved brother-in-law Leroy Fraunfelder. He attended and graduated from Manchester High School where he was an active and …
