Praying for comfort strength and peace for all of Neals children and friends during this difficult time. Praying for you now and in the days to come. May the memories you shared carry you through the hard days and may the laughter shared make the good days shine just a little brighter and may the love you shared cover you always.

Cousin Neal, we didn’t see or even talk to each other much but when we did we had good conversations and good laughs. 

When i heard you had passed away i remembered that i had seen you at the nursing home with Auntie Lurl and Uncle Larry about 8 months ago and then a couple of month later as we said goodbye to Aunty Shirley Ann. The words of a song came in my head today and as i thought about you today.

If I had only known the last time would be the last time

I would've put off all the things I had to do

I would've stayed a little longer, held on a little tighter (and laughed with you a little harder)

Now what I'd give for one more day with you

'Cause there's a wound here in my heart where something's missing

And they tell me that it's gonna heal with time and i trust that it will
