Neal is survived by his beloved siblings, brothers Daniel and Ed Del Valle, Marcus Valle and sister Judith Del Valle. His family was a source of great joy and satisfaction in his life, and he will be sorely missed by them.

In 1997, Neal purchased an insurance agency, changing the Name to Del-Rose Insurance (Mothers name, Rose) proving his business acumen and leadership prowess. His commitment to excellence was reflected in his work, and his professional contribution will be remembered by many associates and clients who benefitted from his dedication and expertise.

Outside his work, Neal had an unquenchable zest for life. He cherished the simple pleasures like traveling and attending concerts. His visits with close friends and family were always filled with love, laughter, and memorable conversations. He personified the spirit of giving, often extending a helping hand to those in need, a quality that endeared him to the hearts of many.
