Nazem Alawar, a devoted husband, loving father, and respected member of the Thousand Oaks community, passed away suddenly from a heart attack.
Born in Lebanon, Nazem immigrated to the United States in the early 1990s in search of new opportunities and a better life. He settled in Thousand Oaks, California, where he built both a family and a future. With hard work, determination, and a deep sense of integrity, Nazem founded a successful car dealership …
