Nazem Alawar, a devoted husband, loving father, and respected member of the Thousand Oaks community, passed away suddenly from a heart attack. 

Born in Lebanon, Nazem immigrated to the United States in the early 1990s in search of new opportunities and a better life. He settled in Thousand Oaks, California, where he built both a family and a future. With hard work, determination, and a deep sense of integrity, Nazem founded a successful car dealership that became a trusted name in the area. He treated every customer with fairness and honesty, earning lifelong relationships and a reputation as a man of his word.

Nazem was a proud Lebanese-American who never forgot his roots. His home was always filled with the warmth of Arabic hospitality, the aroma of traditional dishes, and the sound of laughter. He was known for his generous spirit, sharp wit, and his ability to make everyone feel like family.

Above all, Nazem was a family man. He is survived by his loving wife and two children, who were the pride and joy of his life. His legacy lives on in them—in their strength, character, and the values he instilled.

Nazem’s sudden passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He will be remembered for his unwavering kindness, his tireless work ethic, and the deep love he had for his family and community.
