Nathan's obituary

Nathan Victor York passed away on April 20, 2024 in Hominy, Oklahoma.

Nathan was born on August 31, 1984 to Patricia Medina and Victor York in Fort Worth, Texas. He attended Brewer High School in White Settlement, Texas. Nathan received his journeyman’s electrical license and owned his own business, Envy Electric. He was enrolled in college to finish his associates degree in electrical construction. Nathan had plans to start a nonprofit organization to build and do repairs for the elderly and disabled. Nathan loved his family, sports, hiking, painting, being outdoors, music, playing pool and going on adventures. He was the life of the party and had a smile that could brighten anyone’s day. He was quirky, generous, and would always help a friend in need.

Nathan met the love of his life, his wife Haleigh York, in 2016. They married in January 2021 and had a wonderful marriage that was filled with love and laughter. Nathan was a devoted husband and father to his four children and just recently became a grandpa.

He is preceded in death by his Memaw Angela Cowley. Nathan is survived by his loving wife Haleigh; Children, Ashlynn, Aiden, Avery and Andrew; Granddaughter Leilani; Mother Patricia Medina(James Thornton); Father Victor York; Brother Michael York; and numerous family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held Friday, May 10, 2024 at 6 PM at The Point on Lake Worth, 1349 Bomber Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76108.
