I will forever cherish the memories with Nate. The Christmas Eve parties at the Galbraith's and the jokes that he would say. The times where we would all go off upstairs to play guitar hero and see who was the best. The games in the garage during those the yearly parties and staying up to the latest hour we could. Nate has always been the life of the party.

This one time after lacrosse practice we were dropping him off and he showed us the lawn mowers he had been working on in the garage and started it up and it might’ve been the loudest thing I’ve ever heard, just started revving it at about 7pm at night and we were laughing while saying “give her some more!”

 Sharing the field with Nate in lacrosse for many, many years will always be something I am forever grateful for. From protecting his crease and making sure we didn’t let a shot go off on him. He was truly a natural born leader, the way he would command the defense to move into certain positioning or direct someone to a spot. He had such passion for being the best he could and seeing that made everyone else want to try just a little bit harder. The jokes he made in the goal when the ball was down on offense were some of the funniest things I’ve ever heard, we would all be laughing our tails off just hoping the ball stays down there so we could get another joke from him. Whenever he saw someone with their helmet low he’d always come over and give words of encouragement. 

He has the warmest heart and cares most for the ones he loves, for now he looks and directs us in life from a different position, one we may not see but we will always feel when he is near.
