🕊️ In Loving Memory of Natasha Neotah Thompson

November 23, 1971 – July 5, 2021

I am writing this in loving memory of my dear friend, Natasha Neotah Thompson—known to many simply as “Tasha.”

Tasha was born on November 23, 1971, and passed away on July 5, 2021, at the age of 49. She lived in Providence, Rhode Island, and attended Mount Pleasant High School. Her last known address was 100 Broad Street, Apartment 823. She had also lived at 65 Salmon Street, Apartment 204.

Tasha was an amazing person with a heart of gold. She would give the shirt off her back to help anyone in need. Always eager to help, she had a selfless spirit and a kindness that was unmatched. I honestly don’t ever remember her telling me “no” to anything I ever asked of her. She was the truest friend I’ve ever had.

Though life took us in different directions, and with the heaviest heart, when I went looking for her I discovered she had passed. There was no obituary. No words to mark her life. Nothing to remember her by.

Everyone deserves to be remembered. Everyone deserves to be heard. Everyone deserves to be loved.

So here, my dear friend… I remember you. I hear you. I love you.

You can rest now.
