Natalie’s Mom was my Sunday School teacher, so I met Natalie when she was young. She was always sweet & kind with a great sense of humor. I will treasure the last time I ran into her at Hobby Lobby. I was buying “fake” roses when I had a yard full of “real” roses. She was doubling over with laughter. The more I tried to explain the funnier it got. She had a great laugh that lit up her whole face. Natalie was precious & I know she will be greatly missed by all of us who loved her. I pray your many memories of Natalie will comfort you & bring some smiles during this very sad time.

GOD’S GIFT OF TIME
We all need a time to grieve-
quiet time for reflection
to sift through memories
and come to grips
with what has happened.
We all need a time for tears,
not for the one who is now
at peace in heaven,
but for ourselves as we realize
that things will never be the same.
We all need a time to just “ be “,
when we can open ourselves to God
and let the reassurance of His everlasting
love start to heal our broken hearts.
Copied from a card Natalie sent me
when Andrew went to be with our
Lord. Praying for The Cook Family
and missing my sweet, precious
Friend.

My heart breaks for family and friends left behind. So many sweet memories of Natalie from my childhood while she and David lived across from us on Yarmouth Drive. And then her support and encouragement as I navigated my path to becoming a nurse. She will be greatly missed.

I’m so sorry to hear of Natalie’s passing. We went to Church & Sunday school together & our Sunday school class was so loving & wonderful. No matter the months that passed by, whenever I saw her it was like no time had passed at all. Such a sweet, caring and kind woman. Prayers for friends & family.

So very sorry for your loss! Natalie was a genuine soul. We worked at Clayton General for a few years on 5Tower.
Ran into her very recently at the Ola Publix and we talked a while . It almost felt like we hadn’t missed that many years together. We have kept each other up on FB.

Natalie made a beautiful butterfly blanket and brought me meals when I was diagnosed with cancer, only to find out a short time later she had cancer, too. I am saddened to hear of her passing but so happy she had the last couple of years in retirement to enjoy her family and friends. She will be missed!
