A long life well lived, Naomi C. Schobelock, passed away January 20th at the age of 91. She is now with her Savior and also with her husband of almost 40 years.

She was born in Galveston on August 16, 1931, moving to Houston at age seven. She graduated from Jefferson Davis High School in 1949; going on to Nursing School at University of Houston, graduating with BSN and an RN in 1954. She joined the Navy as a nurse, but left it to marry Philip Edward Schobelock of Ohio with the United States Air Force.

Her loving husband passed away in 1994. She is survived by her three daughters Sandra Dee, Robin Marie and Cherie Ann; as well as her grandchildren Joseph Daniel Schobelock, Tiffany Dawn Vernon and Sarah Cayden Hansen and great-granddaughter Fiona Grace Warren of Kentucky. She also has a future great-granddaughter, Emma Jane Vernon making her debut into the world in May 2023.

A graveside service is taking place March 17, at 1pm at Forest Park-Lawndale Cemetery.
