NancyAnn's obituary

We regretfully announce the passing of NancyAnn Gallagher of Salt Lake City, UT on April 25, 2023. NancyAnn passed away peacefully in her sleep.

NancyAnn, loving and dedicated mother to a family of five, was brought into this world on February 16, 1964, to Terence & Nancy Gallagher in Salt Lake City, Utah. NancyAnn was a mother first, her children were her greatest joy and the reason she fought so hard to stay with us as long as she did. In her eyes, her greatest achievement was raising her children and making sure they always knew they were loved.  In our eyes, her greatest achievement was leaving a lasting imprint of love and acceptance on every person in her life.

NancyAnn poured herself into her community, she always had an open door policy for women and children in need. She made sure they felt safe, loved and never went hungry.  She was an artist. Her creativity poured into every aspect of her life. She loved painting, drawing, singing, sewing, baking and learning new ways to express her creativity.

In her later life, she found a passion for plants and birds, she loved to be surrounded by nature. She mentioned often, that whenever we saw a bird, to let it be a gentle reminder that we are never far apart and her love will always be in our hearts.

NancyAnn's Celebration of Life will be held on May 20th from 3pm - 5pm at The Memorial House in Memory Grove.
