Nancy Jean Wing

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Nancy Jean Wing, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Nancy peacefully departed this life on July 9, 2024, in Murrieta, California, at the age of 88. She was born in Jamestown, New York, to Frank and Josephine Coffaro.

Family and Survivors

Nancy is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joseph Wing, and is survived by her loving son, daughter, son-in-law, five cherished grandchildren, and three adored great-grandchildren. Her memory will forever live on in their hearts.

Life and Achievements

Nancy's life was marked by her unwavering love and care for her family. She moved to California at the age of 5 and later graduated from Compton High School, where she excelled as an honor student while actively participating as a cheerleader and song leader. Nancy's dedication to her studies and her vibrant spirit shone through in all her endeavors.

Nancy and her husband, Joe, met at Compton Jr. College, where they began their journey together. After Joe's service as a U.S. Army Paratrooper, they married on September 26, 1954, and went on to have 2 children, building a life filled with love and cherished memories.

Career and Passions

Nancy pursued a successful career in real estate for many years in San Clemente, California. Her dedication and professionalism left a lasting impact on the community and those she worked with. Nancy and Joe also shared a passion for sailing, spending cherished moments navigating the waters and creating lasting memories with family and friends. She was a strong Christian and very active in church.

The loss of Nancy Jean Wing is deeply felt by all who knew and loved her. Her kindness, warmth, and unwavering love will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
