Nancy Scott, age 73, of Seffner, FL, formerly of Mars, PA, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at Melech Hospice House.

Born in McCandless Township, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Sara (Reichhold) Nichols.

Nancy enjoyed many professions throughout her life from a Secretary to Manager of Sheraton and Days Inn Hotels, Emergency Medical Technician at Quality EMS, and for the past 16 years she worked as a Merchandise Handler/Retail Sales Associate at Cracker Barrel in Seffner, FL. She was kind, patient, and had an admirable work ethic which enabled her to excel in her career choices.

Nancy was strong, independent, friendly to everyone she met, and a great listener. Her favorite pastimes were bowling in multiple leagues and spending time with her family which she loved unconditionally. She was an amazing Mom to her daughters and GaGa to her grandchildren.

Surviving are her daughters Stephanie Sabo of Seffner, FL. and Jodie Cowan (Adam) of Butler, PA, her grandchildren, Julian Sabo and Olivia Cowan, her sisters, Dorothy Riesmeyer of Mars, PA. and Linda Nichols (Regina) of Scottsdale, AZ, her cousin, Marilyn O’Brien (Elmer) of McCandless Township, PA, also nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sister Jean Bigler.

Memorial Service will be on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at 11:00 AM at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church of North Park 10301 Walter Rd. Allison Park, PA. 15101.
