I worked with Nancy close to 30 years at Hare, Wynn. I don’t know if Nancy worked for John, or if John worked for Nancy! Probably the latter! We had many excursions over the years, including “girl beach trips.” When she and Rick moved out to Trussville, my husband and I attended quite a few parties at their home. She loved Halloween parties and absolutely supported Chico’s! I know Nancy was proud of her children and I’d like her children, grands, and Rick to know how sorry I am for their loss.
Nancy became an instant friend (through Rick in working at the VA). Nancy and I clicked in music, especially Rod Stewart, in sharing life stories. Nancy was a woman of the world, with great morals and high character. She always entrusted me in cat/house sitting and was glad to do so, so she could enjoy her trips. I will always hold and exercise what I learned from her. Nancy will always be remembered within me.
