I just learned of Nancy's passing when my Christmas card was returned. She was my cousin, and her mom was my favorite Aunt! I have met Kathy once. So sorry she passed.
Condolences to you, Robyn, and to friends and family of Nancy. I was saddened to learn of her passing back in April. When she didn't respond to texts or phone messages that several of us attempted, we were concerned. Liz Fredlund learned about Nancy just yesterday, shared it with Shirley Stearns Root and so word spreading to the Lunch Bunch and other classmates (Northfield High School Class of '59). I always looked forward to seeing Nancy at our Lunch Bunch gatherings and class reunions. She had a ready smile and quick delightful wit. Nancy will be missed.
Nancy and I have been friends since high school. Today I learned that she had passed away and I am just so sad. I'd been trying to reach her since her birthday and grew concerned when I couldn't get through. Kathy, if you see this, please call me or Shirley. We're so very sorry for your loss.
Nancy's birthday was always easy to remember as it was parents anniversary. She never ever forgot mine. I would open the door to go somewhere and there was my birthday card. Happy birthday Nancy.
Nancy will be greatly missed by many of us. It was always a pleasure to bump into Nancy going down the elevator or while she was getting her mail. Such a sweet person with always a kind word and very pleasant demeanor about her. What a gem of a lady! Condolences to her family.
Nancy was such a great friend. We loved going out with her for coffee, every couple of weeks. She was kind and loving and thoughtful. She brightened our days. We will miss her terribly.
Nancy was such a lovely woman. She and I saw each other each week when she came into the store I worked at. She learned my sister was ill and constantly asked how she was and told me she was praying for her. She was an absolute gem. I will miss her.
We called her “sweet Nancy” who never got angry, upset or mad. Nancy was a good friend to all she met, and never forgot anyone’s name. Never! Nancy taught nursing same time, same hospital my sister-in-law taught. We both loved that connection. Sweet Nancy will not be forgotten and I’m grateful for having her as a good friend. May she rest in peace.
Nancy was an exceptional person. We had our coffee dates and she would bring oreos. Nancy hired me at fairview right before she retired. She was a great nurse and manager. I'm happy that we were friends and I feel badly that she has so much pain. But she was always up for coffee and conversation. I will miss her terribly.
I am grateful to have had Nancy as my neighbor for over 6 years. She has a kind soul that brightened each day with her warmth and laughter. I will cherish the moments we shared, whether it was a simple chat about her trip to Lunds and Byerlys grocery store or the kindness she showed to everyone around her. I feel blessed to have known her. She will be missed.
My sweet Nancy! So sad!!! She always looked soooo forward to my New Years Day open house❤️ First to arrive .... quite often last to leave. I will miss her sweet face!
Robyn, I’m sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are you and your family. Nancy was a wonderful person and was a great friend to my mother June over the last 50+years. All my best, Mary Wiley
