Nancy Cassady of Lima, OH, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on February 18, 2019 at 3:23am.
Predeceased by: Her parents ( xx and Dorothy Keiffer & daughter: Danielle Prowant.
Survived by: Children: Doug Prowant, Heather Thayer, Bobby Stevenson, & Amber Henniner
Grandchildren: Casey, Felicia, Maxamillion, Corey,Ethan, Greyson, Brantley, Quinn, Michael, Brandon, & Aubrey.
Great Grandchildren: Nyla Thayer.
The family will hold private services for celebration of life.
