Obituary
Nancy Elaine Carter passed peacefully due to complications from Alzheimer’s on the 8th of June at the age of 87, at Cottagewood Senior Communities in Rochester, MN. Nancy was a graduate of Indiana University, receiving a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Science in Education. She specialized as a speech clinician for early childhood and special needs children in both Indiana and Minnesota, and worked with hearing-impaired children in Anchorage Alaska. She married her …
