Nancy Elizabeth Brass of Harmony Township went to be with her Lord March 2, 2015 at St. Johns Specialty Care Center after an extended illness. Nancy was Born September 8, 1943 and the daughter of Carl and Nellie Anschutz. She was proceeded in death by her husband Richard F. Brass. Survived by her brother Rev. Richard Anschutz of Parker, Pa ; son David G. Brass, Wexford, Pa; daughter Margaret E. Bush and son in law Patrick Bush, Palm City, Fl ; daughter Laurel E. Kesling and son n law Sean M. Kesling, 2 granddaughters, Kimberly and Katherine Kesling, Ambridge, Pa and nephews, Jonathan, Daniel, Christopher, Peter and Tyrel.
Nancy was active in her church and a member of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls. She worked as a home health aide for many years, always helping others. Her passions were gardening, decorating, and cooking. Nancy enjoyed spending time with her granddaughters and traveling to Florida. She was a proud supporter of the Harmony Township fire department, where her husband volunteered as a firefighter for many years.
She will be missed greatly by family and friends. Her love and devotion will always be remembered.
Services will be held late spring. Contributions can be made to the Harmony Township fire department.
