Myrna was born to Vincent Bert Cochran and Ida Minda Cochran (nee Davis) on August 27, 1940 in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. Myrna met her husband, Edward Melvin Ellis and went on to raise two children, Vicki Renee and Rita Juneene.
