Myralon Joyce Simmons, 77, of Woodbridge, VA, passed away on October 8, 2025.
Myralon was born in Newbern, NC, to Robert Lawrence Sanders and Julia Mae Sanders on December 17, 1947. She graduated from Johnston County Central High School in Smithfield, NC, and married Col. Retired Joseph Jacob Simmons IV on January 12, 1974, in Washington, DC. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland, …
