Some notes:
We will assemble in the church for the funeral liturgy and process to the parish hall for the rest of the celebration.
It's all a celebration, so wear what you like, preferably festive. .A Mexican buffet catered by the famous Cabo Seafood Grill in Oxnard will be served. You may bring a dessert dish to share if you wish. Be prepared to help take home left-overs, if there are any.
In between the sharing of memories, we will alternate musical treats. Phyllis' Hawaiian 'ohana will be singing and dancing some of her favorite island songs, and you are welcome to bring instruments and join in on old-timey tunes led by our favorite jam leaders.
