1 thing I always respected about Kim was how much of a loving father & grandfather he was! We may have bumped heads in the past but that 1 thing kept my respect for him. Always hands on, always giving advice, always telling them "I love you". My children had a good grand-dad that's for sure! Rest Well Kim!

Mr. Kim Marrow: What a beautiful soul. Mr. Code Enforcement! To be able to say you were the truth is epic. We shared our lives, our past, our new. We crossed paths for the good of life. Such a comic, you made us laugh out loud daily. It's awesome to share what I know of you, we met well before working in DeKalb County. We even shared the love for HVAC.
