He was born October 18, 1937 in Covington, Virginia to Wincell and Ellen Fincher Mewborn who have both preceded him in death. Mr. Mewborn enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time with his family and was a great conservationist. He worked for and retired from Lithonia Lighting. Mr. Mewborn is survived by his wife Sharon Bowen Mewborn, his sons late Michael Kinsey and his wife Annex of La Grange NC, and Ken Mewborn of La Grange NC along with his grandchildren Michael, Jeffery, and Yonika. He attended Lenoir County Public Schools.from an early age. Glen was known for his loving personailty and warm smile. Glen was family oriented
