Monte crossed the rainbow bridge this evening peacefully in the arms of his family after a long battle of lymphoma.

He was adored by any and all who met him but most of all, by his family. Monte’s favorite things were catching his ball, playing in the water, going to Starbucks and Culver’s for pup cups, hanging out with family and seeing his best friends next door.

More than anything, Monte loved his family. He was always there to comfort, to cheer up and cheer on, and to be a source of joy and laughter. We will remember Monte every time we go to his favorite place, Mercer WI. We will think of him fondly whenever we go to Culver’s to get custard. We will hold him in our hearts forever and he will never be forgotten.

Hug your pets tightly and always cherish the moments.
