Monte and I started at Western Airlines in Ontario '77 on the same day.  He had me on seniority by virtue of his last name starting with "F", and mine starting with "Y".  Great guy, always a pleasure to work with and talk to.  Will be looking forward to seeing him in "GLORY" My sincerest condolences to all the families and friends associated Monte.

Remember, he is not dead, but living, and we can all see him again when our days on this earth are finished!

I worked alongside Monte for numerous years at Western then Delta airlines. Monte was a conscientious worker and I remember he always wanted to work overtime hours in an effort to better himself. RIP Monte. A good man has passed.

My condolences to the Fletcher Family. I worked with Monte back in 1976 as a Ticket Agent with Western Airlines at Ontario International Airport during a Summer flight from ONT to SLC. Lots of fun during that time with Monte. I was also a Paramedic with MEDIVAC Ambulance in Ontario back in 1976 taking patients to San Antonio Hospital where I met and worked with Dorothy in the Emergency Room when she was a RN. Blessings to the family, memories forever.  Brett Ray, Prescott AZ.

My sincere condolences for the family of Monte Fletcher.

As a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, after Sunday's Service, I remember he was always present in giving us  regards and his best smile.

We'll miss him. RIP 🙏

I offer my deepest sympathy to all of the Fletcher family. I will be praying for God’s mercy and love to surround and support you.
