With a heavy heart, we announce the sudden passing of Monica Way on November 1, 2025. A loving, outspoken, and funny woman, Monica was born on January 30, 1975. Her vibrant spirit and infectious laughter will be greatly missed, but her legacy of kindness will continue to touch the lives of many.

During her time here, Monica never missed an opportunity to spread joy and warmth. She passionately believed in loving unconditionally and without judgement, values that were imbued not only in her children and grandchildren, but also in the countless lives she touched. Her greatest pride was her family, a testament to her dedication and her capacity for love.

Monica's legacy goes beyond her personal relationships. Her family graciously chose to give the gift of life to others through organ donation. Her spirit of generosity and kindness will continue to live on, making a valuable difference in the lives of those in need.

Monica is survived by her loving mother, Kathy Wood (Doug), her Father, Dennis Fair her cherished children Alyssa (Nathaniel), Kaitlyn (Taylor), Matthew (Teisha), Brandon (Mariah), Kierston (Jurias), Charles, and Jayden and grandchildren, Connor, Liam, Daxtyn, Niko, Koen, Isla, Kade, Gabriel, Addison, Asher, and Sophia, her sister Briana Fair, aunts and uncles, her extended mission family and countless friends. Her absence will be deeply felt by all who had the good fortune to know her. As we mourn the loss of this extraordinary woman, we also celebrate the rich and meaningful life she led.
