Monica's obituary

Monica Lezama went home to Jesus on 05/29/2021 at age 70.

Monica was born to Lourdie on June 30th 1950 in Trinidad. As a child, she loved to take care of her sisters and brothers and she loved pets, so she wanted to take care of everyone.

Monica met her husband, Gregory Lezama in 1970 at College. They married in 1973 and went on to have 3 children, Janine, Denise & Leah. Monica loved to travel so she spent some time in England, before she moved with the family to the US.

In addition to being a dedicated and loving mother, Monica also loved being a nurse, she said she was put here to help and and protect everyone she came in contact with. Everyone loved her. Throughout he entire life, she held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with those who surrounded her.

Monica joins Janine her daughter in Heaven. She is survived by Denise Lezama & Leah Goodspeed biological daughters, her husband Gregory Lezama, her adopted son Julian Paul, her son-in-law Dominic Goodspeed, and her granddaughters Tishell and Lenise.
