Monica Clare King, 71 peacefully embraced the light and ended her private battle with leukemia on April 28, 2025 at her home in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
Driven by compassion for others, Monica earned her Bachelors Degree at Michigan State University and her MSW at Wayne State University and worked as a therapist for 30 years. She was a quiet angel in her community, often namelessly gifting to others. She co-founded the Ypsilanti Time Bank, an hour …
