Monica Anne Caples, 38, of Warsaw, Indiana passed away on December 25th, 2021. She was surrounded by her family and loved ones. She battled cancer for many years. She contributed to the science by participating in clinical trials and seeking new treatments.  She is survived by her husband Tim Keyes and their 4 feline children (Figaro, Bagheera, Thistle, and Clover), as well as Kristi Caples (mother), Martin Caples (father), Travis Caples (brother), and Heather Caples (sister). 

Monica was a talented artist, expert knitter, and enchanting storyteller. She loved cats, books, gaming, superheroes, and Star Wars. She was very intelligent and excelled in all academic pursuits. Monica never stopped fighting and always found joy in the darkest of circumstances. She poured love and support out to her friends and family regardless of the hardships she was facing. 

The art she created and the many lives she touched will continue on as her legacy.
