To Heather and family:  I'm so very sorry to hear about your loss.  In looking at Monica's pictures and in reading comments, she sounds like a beautiful and AMAZING person to have known and loved; and a true warrior.  Please accept my most sincere and heartfelt condolences during this difficult time.  Heather, if you need anything from your Next Adventure family, please don't hesitate to let us know.  - Take care, Diane

Her first word to me was Daddy and her last words to me where I love you too Daddy, She was  a very gifted person in many ways also a very loving and compassionate. I admired her bravery as she fought cancer, she would always find something to be positive about even in the darkest times. Every time I see or her the word Daddy it will bring back a special love in my life.

I don’t think I would have made it through the bumps in the road in adolescence if not for Monica. She was one of the most understanding, compassionate, and giving people I have ever met in my life. May she find peace and comfort in her afterlife…. As well as lots of snickers bars (a little Monica humor from the last 90’s)

Monica was always a kind rule obeying girl. She told me one time the only rule she ever broke was I said you can only ride your bike to the end of the street so she would go a block farther or take an extra cookie. 😊
