It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mona Irene Mobbs (San Antonio, Texas), who peacefully passed away on July 9, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by her 2 of 3 sons Charles and David Mobbs and their families including 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Mona went home to her Lord whom she loved deeply. Mona was a passionate librarian who immersed herself in literature and adored her family and friends.

Though Mona has departed this earthly realm, their legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May their spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory. 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Harlandale Christian Church (302 East Gerald Avenue, San Antonio, Texas 78214).

In lieu of flowers we ask that donations are made to Harlandale Christian Church.
