Mitch's obituary
- Mitchell "Mitch" Touchstone, 62, of Lockhart, TX passed away peacefully on June 03, 2022, surrounded by his family and loved ones. Mitch grew up in the Austin , TX area that he loved and never left. He worked as a carpenter for many years with Motorola, Freescale and his own construction company. Mitch loved fishing, skydiving, and working on his boats and motorcycles. He dearly loved his family, friends, and all animals. Mitch will be dearly missed and always remembered.
- Mitch was predeceased by his mother and father, John and Alice Touchstone and his sister Cheri Touchstone VanZant. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, his son Whitaker Touchstone, his older brother, Johnny Touchstone and seven nieces and nephews and ten great nieces and nephews. Mitch requested a celebration of life be held in his honor at the VFW in Austin. His family will announce the day and time of the celebration at a later date.
