He was a remarcable dedicated person to all his patients. Caring and an exceptional human being, compassionate and friendly. God Bless his soul and we missed Him greatly. Supportive great friend.

Cheryl I agree. Mitch was an amazing mentor and an amazing friend. A one-of-a-kind human being. For years my office was next to Mitch’s on Beacon Street in Cleveland Circle. He always gave me so much good advice about practice building and just being confident about going out there and letting people know about my practice. And then so many laughter filled Moments. Whether passing in the hall or office trip to Golden Temple. Absolutely laughing to hysterics until I would cry. All who have known him have loved him. I hope he is celebrating in a beautiful place with a crowd around him bantering great jokes maybe a Ciroc martini and peace in his heart.

Mitch, I truly can't believe it's been four years since you left us....my, my, where does the time go. Fortunately, when you come to mind which is often, I am recalling an escapade or antic of yours which still brings a big smile to my face! I sure hope the mini-cooper has wings!! MUCH LOVE!!

Oh Mitch... there isn't a day that goes by that I don't have a sweet memory of you! It's usually a belly laugh or bewilderment over one of your escapades! Happy birthday buddy!! Feel free to drop by... we could all use a guardian angel.......

I just read this yesterday. I was a client of his when he was in Natick. He will be sorely missed. Thoughts and prayers to his family.

My deepest sympathy to Dr Simon's family and friends. What a heartfelt, genuine, and thoughtful soul. What struck me most about Dr Simon as a chiropractor was that he truly cared for my health, well being, and healing first. From time to time, our paths happened to cross on the Brighton city streets; he was either jogging or driving through the neighborhood. Our conversations lasted a few minutes as he asked how I was doing and am if I was still up to such and such. He would listen intently to my answer. How many other people can say that about their doctor?? I didn't realize the extent of Dr Simon's illness the last time I was in his office. Bless the covering chiropractor who allowed Dr Simon's patients to sign a card for him. I will miss that New York accent when you pronounced my name. Rest in peace Dr Simon you changed my opinion of chiropractors from solely business focused mechanical, technical, robots to human being. What a quality well-lived life you lead.

My most heartfelt condolences to Mitch’s family, friends, and patients. I remember him as a genuinely kind and enthusiastic chiropractor while opening his first chiropractor clinic in Natick, Ma. He had hired me to assist him in setting up his practice and guidance with the business end of the clinic. It was my pleasure to help him and wish all of you to know what a decent man and computation chiropractor he truly was.
