One of Mitch’s final requests was to set up a memorial donation in support of uveal melanoma cancer research as a thank you to his doctors for their outstanding support and devotion throughout the years. Dr. Udai Kammula of UPMC is at the forefront of this research. He is working tirelessly to improve therapies and ultimately find a cure for this terrible disease. Dr. Kammula graciously cared for Mitch and is an important figure to thank for extending Mitch’s time with all of us.
