MITCHELL's obituary
and grew up in Queens, New York. He was educated in New York City public schools and furthered his
education at Queens College and the Elmira Business Institute in Vestal, New York. He relocated to Up-
state, New York in 2000. He worked at the Press & Sun Bullentin Newspaper in Vestal in the "Circulation"
Department in 2007 and was also employed at the Southern Tier Aids Program in Johnson City, New York
in 2008. He was also a member of the Broome/Tioga branch NAACP. Mitchell was loved by everyone's life he touched and will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife Marilyn; step daughter Mercedes; grandson Tru Mitchell Bramble; father Edward ; step-mother Myrna; uncle Andre, uncle Richard; aunt Cynthia, brother Curtis; sisters Stacey and Kelly; as well as all his cousins, nieces, nephews; his god-children and a host of other family members and friends. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at 1 p.m. at the Spring
Forest Cemetery in Binghamton, New York. A Re-pass proceeding the service will be held at the Elks Lodge on Chenango Street in Binghamton.
