Hale family, my heart absolutely breaks for your loss. Mitchell talked many times about how much he loved and admired his parents. And not a day went by without hearing about how great his brothers were. I know he loved you all with all of his heart!

Know that he will be missed here at BD as well! He made a lot of great friends and memories. In the upswing of his career, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Mitchell. During tough times he put his head down and worked with grit and determination. Along with that carefree smile of his, I’ll never forget that about him!

Mary Lou and Jeff,
