Minnie V. Alejandro, June22, 1936 passed quietly February 26,2022,  Los Banos,CA. Sutter Hospital.  Minnie was recovering from a sudden massive stroke which left her immobile for 6 years.  She was a strong and fit woman all her life and worked in the catering field as a professional Caterer to the upscale Silicone Valley companies and their Board of Directors, CEO’s and Executives for private dinner parties. She was a well known confidant and personal friend for those she worked for in the industry.  Minnie traveled and vacationed many times enjoying the fabulous lifestyle she was treated to and considered family, she was loved by all for her unconditional never ending kind deeds.  She was always there for anyone in need, she never said no if you needed a favor or anything she could do for you, she was always a willing kind soul.  Minnie has 4 grown children and 4  grown grandchildren. She is also a great grandmother of 4 girls.  She is now resting peacefully with her beloved youngest Daughter, Jenny Altman  who she longed for since 1993 to be reunited on Cloud 10 in Heavenly Paradise. They are in God’s hands where they deserve to be, Amen.
