Mini's obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mini Esposito, a figure of steadfast loyalty, boundless love and courageous spirit, on July 24, 2023. Mini, born on January 17, 2018, gifted us with joy that transcended the short span of her earthly existence. Her absence leaves a void that can never be filled; nonetheless, her enduring legacy will forever be engraved in the hearts of those who loved her.

Mini is survived by her loving mother, Cathy Esposito, and father, John Esposito who provided her with unwavering care, affection and an abundance of love.  She is also survived by her grandmother, Gypsy Kara Esposito,  Great-Grandparents Nick (Melissa Kara) Esposito who showered her with wisdom and kindness, her doting brothers,  Theodore Esposito, and Chase Esposito  who were always by her side. Her sisters, Aja Esposito,  Zena Kara and Vegoia Esposito, who added immeasurable warmth to her life. Her Uncles and Aunts, Joshua Bennett, Matthew (Abbe Sciaky), and Joseph (Meghan Forlano). Her Great Aunt Bernice and Uncle Dave Shepard, and Cousin, Tucker, whom all loved her immensely.

Preceded in life is her brothers, Ziggy Esposito and Krishna Gamboa.

Mini had a zest for life that was reflected in her endearing preferences. She loved nothing better than the simple pleasure of enjoying time with mom and dad and protecting the homestead. Mini found abundant joy in taking walks and playful games, her favorite being 'fetching her ball'. She relished her quiet moments too, often resorting to napping on mom’s bed as her treasured  activity.

Mini embraced active life with a passion, with running being her favourite exercise. She always looked forward to her trips to Colorado, her preferred vacation spot, and she contentedly found local solace in hiking with Teo, Uncle Joey and Auntie Meghan.  Loyal, loving, and courageous, Mini's personality was a beacon of positivity for everyone around her.

She believed in the power of love and her heartfelt advice to 'always love and be loved’ continues to resonate strongly. Her greatest accomplishment was her successful training, an achievement that highlighted her determination, ability and strength.

Her legacy is the deep love and feelings she had for us. This will remain as an indelible reminder of the intense bond that Mini shared with her Mom, along with the bond she shared with all her family. we shared with her. Mini will be sorely missed but she will forever remain alive in the sanctuary of our hearts.
